I think we only mentioned the game in a Thread about EA's new DRM. 3 installs only? Something to that effect.

The game does look good and the price is already a lot lower than when the game launched. I may pick it up if you recommend it, and especially so if you can do first person. Chris.

drm. any kind of secure rom or starforce or in game ads stuff. is all part why i will not buy or use many of my eagames. they can keep it.

they have a few games that look good in trailers. most dont live up to the hype. then ad the other kill your xp or cant see your drives what ever stupid stuff. i just cant do it. mohaa was a good game and worked right. some of my nfs stuff works ok. bf2 i dont care for and then i read a lot too..

i think i will skip and continue protest anything ea and gsc midway and epic maybe a few more. i see ads on tv or on game sites. trailers etc. if they have any of them companies names on them i pass them by. ea is not worth the trouble.

ha ha ya blue. but... 10 games i can enjoy.. and play over and over again... is better then 100 crap titles just sucking dust space and my pockets or my brain from drama... and all that looks or sounds or smells good. Is NOT GOOD FOR YA...

with no ea. gsc. epic. midway. 2k. ultra. tiger direct. lightOn and others.. or any drm.. secure rom.. or starforce ruin your computer stuff. and then what with the security junk. none of it works. its just a half assed selling point. punkbuster all of it is fake ass junk. it dont stop hackers and cheaters. or maybe just a few that are rookies at it. we the honest suffer in every way.. and then the junk might wreck or computers. or what pisses me off is . punkbuster fake ass crap 2x a and b runs in the back ground 24/7 even if i am not using or playing a game that uses punkbuster.. not only is it worthless hype crap that dont do anything.. it runs constantly and eats up valuable resources. or ea has streaming in game ads. and companies put out products and act as if they do us a favore to support it and patch or put out new bios fixes or in a timely mannor or what ever. i know what its like to be abused/ used and cheated. i did not ask for it or seek it out. and i refuse to be made a fool after i do find out. so

i/we will/should pass and have less problems as a whole with out these junk companies and products. and if these companies that constantly put out junk or problems get no support or money from me and others . they will be gone. and others will fill the void. and put out better stuff. i have quit jobs because of stupid crap. i dont stand with or support garbage. con men. junkies. thieves. whores. weak punks. low lifes. or half ass junk crap products or services from any other industry or people on the streets or around me. im not going to support computer industry garbage either

i like what i like or who i like. i do not bend for the rest. or much any way. and they can kiss my butt. and i can care less. and i will stand and fist fight or seek revenge if pushed or provoked. ha ha. i have to walk away from woman. but others. i can fight ignore or boycott them. so.

on the flip side. as for products i do like . games/ programs and hardware and companies. it is many. my abit mother boards ive owned have been great. abit has put out a few blanks others bought and did not enjoy or get much justis either. but mine have been really good products..

i like ID games or like engines all my quake4 etqw. prey has faults. and others work and run and look well. and they record well too. some games are older rtcw. or cheated in mp. but the products are great well thought out polished patches and supported.

my valve stuff. hl hl2 etc etc. i dont much care for the mp stuff but i have not tried tf2. but its sp stuff is of the very best i think. and steam is not bad either. i think it works best with valve products. but great stuff. i liked ubisoft and crytek in far cry. pariah mp was not so great. and it had other faults. but it ran and looked pretty good. with the ut03/04 engine.

all my infinity ward activision cod stuff has been great. dream catcher and pk boh. sierra fear and postal2 stuff has all been great. my ut04 was great but cheated and lied about. ut3 is not bad buts its not all dat either.

so its many to pick from. some i have not tried. some i might protest now. i still own some titles and are classic great games even with faults. so i keep or will play them. i will not buy more from its makers. and some things i did like or love can loose me later. so.

i live by . do me wrong once. shame on you.. do me wrong twice . shame on me.. i hate the shame on me stuff. and do my best to avoid it. im loyal to them or that i care to be. and will give a hand or help them as i can. and is my every step and breath. and is my code of life. i am as i am at all things. except woman and children. but even then i will bend or cope but so much.

I do not Bend with the Wind or just Go with the Flow. or unless its beneficial to me. i too have my own path and journey. but i never set out to step on people or cheat my way through life. im straight up and honest. and seek and live for the same

Nothing wrong with any of that. You have your code you live by,

C dive/ device mgr/ view hidden non plug and play / anything

that that starts with sf is pretty much Starforce.

Though they are sneaky too, they change there identity as well,

newer versions are called different things.

StarForce IMO, is much worse than any DRM out there, or Rootkit

for that matter. Just what I think though, not pushing my

way of thinking on anybody.

my p2 and aw and awp dont have star force. maybe the more early versions did. and or for differant countires had it.

postal2 stuff is a trip and fun

Looks like and sounds like the gameplay is similar to Freelancer. I decided to get it from direct To Drive, downloading now.

Well, 7.2Gb download, took a couple of hours. Got and installed the patch.

All I can say is this game looks beautiful. Graphics are sweet. Game is very smooth and polished. Runs great on my KN9 SLI rig.

Game play is not all fighting, there are a lot of cinematics, where you have dialog with other characters, and you can choose your questions and answers. Almost like being in a movie and you pick which direction to go.

The game did crash on me when I got to the titty bar scene, hard locked, so I took a break and will get back to it later today. There's a few settings I will change in Video and sound Options, see what helps. Chris.
