Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway
I loved the first one, Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30. This one looks really good, too: Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway Trailer Download - FileShack - Download PC Video game patches, videos, betas and trailers for PC, PlayStation, Xbox 360 and Wii August 26th release date, including Steam. I'm gonna pre order this one for sure. Chris.

The second game in the series (forget the name, but was an expansion from the original game) had Starforce. I didn't play that one. This game as far as I can tell, doesn't have Starforce. Chris.

New video from the dev team: GameSpot Video: Brothers in Arms Hell's Highway Official Movie 8 WARNING: this is a bit gory! (but watch it full screen anyways) Looks really sweet action wise, they made some changes from the original as far as game play.
Release date has been pushed back to later this month tho. That's O.K., I'll still be pre ordering it from Steam so I'll have ti the first day! Chris.

Sweet!
Finally got my Steam account fixed up again (I decided to finally start running Vista! ) and downloaded this game today. Wow. The game is all they promised.
The Intro is a bit long, and you start playing, but just when it's getting interesting, the game stops and another Intro starts, so it's like 10 minutes before you really get into it. But it really tells the story about what's going on so you should watch it all.
There's no quick save, so you better use cover. It's similar to Mass Effect so it's easy. No health either, so you hide to let health regenerate.
I used Training Mode to start off with to learn the keys and commands. Simple stuff, really. You can use a Situation Map to show where the Enemy is, your Team is and Objectives are. Kinda like cheating when you can see all the Enemy positions. Other stuff is not standard, like Mouse 3 (press mouse wheel) is iron sights, Mouse 2 issues your Team commands. Space bar is sprint.
So far the game is flawless and looks as good as they said it would. Beautiful authenticity. Game play is like the first one, use your Team to provide cover fire, flank the Enemy and shoot 'em in the head. Be sure you take their weapons.
Forgot I didn't have FRAPS installed yet, but I'll be back with some screenies. This game is definately worth the money. And Vista runs it just fine. Chris.
