Problem using VIA EPIA EN15000
I have exactly the same problem. But I have this motherboard VIA EN15000 with M2-ATX supply for few months now and I have experienced this problem only in the last 14 days. The configuration is the same from the beginning. Only manually reseting the bios (via jumper) help to solve the problem.

Oh! God. The exact same thing happened to me too. I use the CN13000G which has the same driver as EN15000.
VIA pls help.
I noticed that with the driver installed , it automatically changed the BIOS to "TV" (where I selected "CRT") on boot.

After reset the bios, did you reinstalled the VIA UniChrome PRO Driver again. I mean it work now without this driver installed. But it shouldn't be that way. Now I got a motherboard without a useable driver.

Problem using VIA EPIA EN15000
I am having the exact same problem with my EN15000 and Lilliput GL-701 in-dash display. Over-ranges the display when it jumps into windows XP.
I noticed that the automatic installation of a "plug and play" monitor wa sthe event that started this. Changing the monitor back to "default monitor" gives me the ability to see the screen again.
Unfortunately, the display picture is horrible. I have not come up with a resolution that is legible. When I plug the monitor into the output port on my laptop, it looks incredible.
When I change the monitor type from CRT to LCD in the BIOS, it again over-ranges and looses synch as soon as it shifts into windows XP.
ANybody have a line on decent drivers or settings? Anybody know what KEY code to set for a native resolution of 640x480 in BIOS? I have tried random numbers, and it still will looses synch every time it starts windows XP.

Problem using VIA EPIA EN15000
finally figured it out.
Keeping the video choice in BIOS "LCD+CRT" keeps it from auto-reverting back to LCD only every time it reboots.
I managed to get it to work with the latest unichrome pro drivers/
Setting both monitors in display properties to "Flat Panel 800x60" and 75 MHz gives a very sharp image (because of the LCD+CRT choice, you specify 2 monitors for the primary display).

Problem using VIA EPIA EN15000
I have the same problem for a customer that I sold a CarPC to. The computer was working fine for months until this started happening. I don't know what the issue is, but it definately looks like a driver problem..
I also noticed that removing the driver or booting into Save Mode relieves the issue. I will try your suggestion and hopefully it works fine.
