Default viahduaa causing big headache!

Hi
Recently i purchased 6 PC's for an internet cafe. They use the P5KPL-C/1600 motherboard with the Via HD uaa.
Now, all machines are the same specifications with an imaged windows.
After i installed Battlefield 2, i tried loading it up, and during the map load i would get a BSOD which displayed IRQL not less or equal.. viahduaa.sys stop error..etc.etc..
This happed on all machines, the sound works however.

After i tried downloading an older Via UAA sound driver. Now everything worked perfectly on 2 machines, the other 4! the drivers DID install, however i'm getting no sound at all. Everything is set up correctly, no irq clashes, the volume controls on the taskbar, windows says its all ok however theres just no sound even if the drivers are installed.

I've updated the bios to the newest, any other VIA uaa drivers make my Battlefield 2 crash to BSOD.
PC specs are

E8400
4GB ram
750GB samsung HDD
9600GT
Asus P5KPL-C/1600
Windows XP SP2
Any ideasa to fix this will be GREATLY appreciated, as i've tried for 6 hours.

Sorry I made a mistake and yes I see it is VIA HD so try the drivers from here http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=P5KPL-C/1600

The only other thing is the image, was it a working model without errors before installing on all machines, did you test it out?

Hi
The image was with the original driver disk from the motherboard. The sound did work, but just that when it was loading a battlefield 2 map i'd get the BSOD
Yes the driver 4150 works , but it still has the BSOD error.

The only driver that worked on the 2 machines which DIDNT pop up the BSOD was the 4100(or 40000 from 2007 release) driver.
But then with this old driver 4 of the machines would have no sound even though windows thinks everything is working.

OK!
what i did today was put the HD of one of the machine that works into the ones that dont work!!

Problem still persists!!!
Theres the volume control in taskbar, everything works as if theres sound but theres no sound!
Put the HD back in the original machine and its fine!...
