I have axcatly same problem.
With Via flash beta utility, I tried to flash newer bios to my mii-10000 board but after more than one hour there was no activity about flashing. So, I canceled the procedure. Now, my board is working when power on but there is no beep sound, no video output and no response.
I googled about the problem and found that if there is another similar board one can try hotflash (described in
ONLamp.com -- BIOS Flashing and Hotflashing).
I tried hotflash with my another via chipset board (jetway 627FS) with no success.
I think only way to recover the board is have a new BIOS chip.
