The Sapphire HD3850 apparently comes with the same picture on the card as it carries on the box. It has "has ATI's Crossfire X Technology and also will support PCI-E 2.0. The heatsink and fan setup on this card does not extend to the end of the card like some other video cards but the fan housing does completely cover the GPU's heatsink. This card has two DVI-I outputs on it as well as a S-Video output located between the DVI-I outputs." OCC takes you through the rest.

Corsair's HX series of power supplies made a good impact when it first came out. Now they've got a new series up on the block. The TX750W Power Supply "comes with a 140mm fan so it remains quiet and cool even under load. It’s also small so not only would this be great for a server environment, but it would be well suited in a gaming HTPC." Read the whole review @ 3DGameMan.

Slashdot's very own Rob Malda takes the hot seat and answers ten questions from users of the slashdot.org site. It covers everything from trends to regrets. Even Kevin Rose is mentioned. Other questions revolve around how the site works and why certain things are in place. "It's a mistake for us to want to be CNN or the Wall Street Journal or to spend our days chasing after Digg, or Reddit, or Kuro5hin, or whatever site follows them. We strike our own path. We'll never be the #1 traffic destination on the net, but we're still regularly a great website, and one that I'm proud to continue to be part of." Get the whole interview here.

Answering the Call of Duty
Sunday, November 18, 2007

Gaming Heaven brings us another brilliant review of a game fit for the PS3 and Xbox 360. The Call of Duty first came out back in the day when the popularity of Medal of Honor had started to die down.
