It's the 30th January here and I've just logged into our usual supplier for PC bits and pieces and ordered a copy of Vista Home Premium and Vista Ultimate. The question is, will I install a copy on my work PC or will the copies be delegated to test beds? I am particularly interested in playing around with the back-up features that are in Vista Ultimate. I'm also interested to check out the parental controls which is in both versions just purchased. John has been playing around with Media Center Edition of Windows on an EPIA board lately and I'm interested to see how the Media Center options in Vista ultimate differ from MCE. Should I make my workspace a testing platform so I can really get to know the new OS? I think I'll decide tomorrow. |
