Microsoft is still making a hard sell on Windows Vista, but it's now allowing PC makers to offer downgrade options for users who prefer the XP OS. Of course, this only applies to Windows Vista Business and Ultimate versions. Fujitsu and Hewlett-Packard have already started including XP CDs with the packaging at little or no extra charge. This move comes in light of the resistance to change from businesses who appear to have a strong preference for Windows XP, particularly since Windows Vista has very high graphics and memory requirements.
