Everybody’s going green these days. It’s only natural for the top players to jump on the bandwagon to stay ahead of the game. Wyse Technology has just announced its zero client computing initiatives for a richer, simpler experience. The device does not carry an operating system, applications or configuration settings. Impossible? Is anything impossible anymore? In this case, the information is stored on a secure server and recalled via a secure network when the device is powered on. The reduction in circuitry has in turn reduced the costs and its energy consumption is about 90% less than a regular PC. Wyse X90 and X90e thin notebooks are a part of this new launch.
