There has been a bit of a hullabaloo lately with Creative. I seem to remember a massive issue many years ago commonly known as the Creative Sounblaster 686b issue. Creative sure isn’t any stranger to controversy. Right now, Creative are under fire for “banning” some rather cool drivers developed by their loyal community of users and a confusion over EAX support with their C-Media 8788 chip.
