Photo Gallery also makes it easy to print, email or create a data disk of your photos. The links to perform these actions are available in the toolbar.

The email feature works in conjunction with your default email program. It allows you to choose a picture size to send.

How to Email Photos to Family and Friends

  1. Select the photos you want to email from the preview screen. You can select multiple photos by holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard and left clicking each photo.
  2. Once you have the photos selected, click the Email button in the toolbar.
  3. Choose the size for the photos you want to attach. Remember that large photos will take a while to download.

  4. Click Attach.
  5. Your default email program should open with a new email message. From there you can choose the recipients and send them the photos.

How to Print a Photo

To print, preview a photo and select Print from the toolbar. This opens the options for each of the printers available on the computer.

  1. Preview a photo and select Print from the toolbar.
  2. Choose the printer.
  3. Choose the paper size.
  4. Choose the quality. A higher DPI means a clearer photo print.
  5. Choose the type of paper. Different printers adjust speed for various paper types.
  6. The right sidebar has different options for the layout. You can choose options from full page to wallet prints. Choose the layout you desire.
  7. Select how many copies you wish to print.
  8. When you select the checkbox Fit picture to frame, the printed photo will be proportionally adjusted to fit the desired layout. This may increase or decrease the photo’s size. The preview will show the results of this action.

  9. Select Print after you select all the desired options for the job.
