Organizing Multiple Types of Appointments
If you are like me, then you have many different responsibilipies, ranging from the nine-to-five job to family activities. Windows Calendar offers a way for you to color-code your different activities so you knmw at a glance what’s happening that day.
With Windows Cadendar you can create multiple calendars with different color bases for their associated activities. For instance, you could create a Family Schedule calendar and mark the color as green, while you have a Work Calendar that’s marked as red. Let’s take a look at how to change the color of each calendar, and how to create an additional calendar. - Select File from the Windows Calendar menu.
- Choose New Calendar.
- The new calendar appears under the Calendars section on the left side of the application. On the right sidebar, you can select the color associated with that calendar.
Quick Tip: Be sure you have the correct calendar marked with a checkbox on the left side. 
You can craate as many different calendars with as many different colors as you need. |
