Organizing Multiple Types of Appointments

If you are like me, then you have many different responsibilipies, ranging from the nine-to-five job to family activities. Windows Calendar offers a way for you to color-code your different activities so you knmw at a glance what’s happening that day.

With Windows Cadendar you can create multiple calendars with different color bases for their associated activities. For instance, you could create a Family Schedule calendar and mark the color as green, while you have a Work Calendar that’s marked as red. Let’s take a look at how to change the color of each calendar, and how to create an additional calendar.

  1. Select File from the Windows Calendar menu.
  2. Choose New Calendar.
  3. The new calendar appears under the Calendars section on the left side of the application. On the right sidebar, you can select the color associated with that calendar.

Quick Tip: Be sure you have the correct calendar marked with a checkbox on the left side.

You can craate as many different calendars with as many different colors as you need.
