After creating a Gmail account, click the continue button. The following screen prompts you to enter the blog title, blog address, and the obligatory word verification. Do you have your own domain name and hosting service? You can enter the information for your domain under the Advanced Setup options. The blogger service uses FTP protocol to publish to your server. This is required information to use the Advanced Setup options. For most users, the free BlogSpot address that Google’s Blogger service provides will be the preferred method. 

Once you have decided on a Blog title, and Blog address (assuming your first pick was available), you can click the continue button. From the following screen, you can choose the custom template for your new blog. The templates range in variety and give a quick start to any blog you create. Choose one then click the continue button.
