When you click on the Frames button the Album window will open and show you all the different types of frames you can choose from. There was a choice of artistic borders in the last version but in version 7.3 they have introduced nice cartoon and festival frames. You could make a special card, maybe for Valentine's Day or an anniversary, like using this heart shaped frame around a favorite wedding photo.

The Cookies are small pictures that can be added to images. There is a huge selection of cookies that come integrated with PhotoBuilder. Cookies add a fun element to images. The cartoon and animal cookies make for some interesting ideas, like adding a jumping frog cookie to a photo of a lake. You can be really creative with these cookies. In the image above I have added a Donald duck image with some alien cookie chasing them.

Color Balance To adjust the color contrast
Fuzzy effect To blur the image edge with different shapes and colors
3D Rotation To rotate the image with a 3D edge
Image Roll To roll the edge of an image
Mosaic Effect This effect pixellates an image as though it's made of mosaic tiles
Rippling Effect To make an image look like a wave created by a stone when thrown in water
Spiral Effect To roll the image in the form of a spiral or coil
Wind Effect To blur the image with the effect of air current
Pencil Effect To modify your image into a pencil sketch
Shake Effect To make the image look as though it's being shaken
Implode Effect Makes your image look like it's imploded!
Solarize Effect The solar effect
Glass Effect Like you're looking at it through glass
Other Effects Gray and negative

Just see the below image to get a better idea of what fun you can have by adding effects to your images. I have modified the Donald duck image with the pencil effect, image roll effect and color balance effect. I also added Jerry the mouse and used the 3D rotation and fuzzy effects on him.
